Original was done in May 2013, then edited in Oct for correct colour on her legs. Rather different for a year and a half.
Been kinda wanting to do a new BJ piece a while, so here ya go.

Any content sold by What Pumpkin is owned by them, this includes the artwork. Give the email they sent you a read (including links), you agreed to this presumably, its pretty standard practice has Redbubble does it too. So yes Jasper What Pumpkin do own "the rights to (your) artwork.".

The artwork is NOT sold by what Pumpkin- I do not see where you’re gettig this idea. It has no relation to homestuck beyond being hosted on the fan adventures website, which to my knowledge is NOT owned by What Pumpkin… and lacks any terms of service for the comics (which was my first thing to check- had there been an agreement that made comic content on the fanadventures page the propert of WPS or hussie, I would have recommended we remove the comic and host it only on Tumblr).

The issue there is the piece uses NOTHING belonging to What Pumpkin.
The character is Kkat’s, the assets/artwork is mine, the style is only marginally inspired by it and that does not fall under their copyright.

Just wasn’t satisfied with how cheap the transparant mane looked in the last one here… felt like it kind of cheated out of the 5 colour palette thing too, so ditch that idea.
